We saw Dr Jindal this morning for my toddler who has had persistent ear infections…quite frankly he has been very sick and miserable for a long time. Dr Jindal was kind, welcoming and made my son feel at ease immediately. I don’t think my son even realised he was being tested! Dr Jindal is professional and obviously very well practiced working with young children. Using various distraction techniques. It was phenomenal especially as he was a little upset when he realised we were at yet another doctor appointment. Dr Jindal really took the time to explain everything fully, answer my questions and made sure I had a copy of the results too. I would whole heartedly recommend him to friends and family should they require help with audiology. Fantastic.
