Jay has seen both my daughters for hearing tests and he is absolutely unbelievable. So calm and patient with the children, super engaging and makes the test so much fun. My daughters (aged 3 and 9) both felt calm, no nerves, and really enjoyed the test. He is so professional and really has a fabulous way with children. Thank you Jay!
