Dr Jay Jindal performed microsuction on my six year old son’s ears which were clogged with wax. He was friendly, gentle and had a lovely manner with him and put him completely at ease during the procedure. He had wonderful deaf awareness and insisted on only removing one aid at a time so my son could still hear and be comfortable during the procedure.
