GUIDE PRICE OF THE SERVICES

O Scope comes with the following warranty:

Vorotek O Scopes- 3 years for any component defect or manufacturing failure.

Battery pack- 18 months for any component defect or manufacturing failure.

We will charge the below price for all repairs received at the office:

Return carriage @ £25 exVAT (EU return carriage costs are different and calculated based on your address. Please inquire about the price separately.)

Outside this warranty, accidental damage is liable for charges. The prices of the Services are as follows:

1. Battery repair: £60 ex VAT each

2. O Scope repair: £150 ex VAT each

3. O Scope advanced repair: £250 ex VAT each

4. Complete refurbishment (LED replacement, temple wiring, plug wire, LED wire -supply install and re-align): £600 ex VAT. Please note that the above prices include single repairs.

All prices are valid for 14 days only or until earlier acceptance by the Buyer, after which they may be altered without notice.

We reserve the right, by giving written notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Services to reflect any increase in the cost to Audiology Planet which is due to any factor beyond our control, any change in delivery dates, or specification for the Services which the Buyer requests, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Buyer or failure of the Buyer to give Audiology Planet adequate information or instructions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Buyer and Audiology Planet, all prices are given by us on an ex-works basis. Where Audiology Planet agrees to deliver the Goods otherwise than at Audiology Planet’s premises, the Buyer shall be liable to pay Audiology Planet’s charges for transport, packaging and insurance. The quoted price includes an assessment charge. If the Buyer decides not to proceed with the Service, the assessment charge will still apply.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Subject to any special terms agreed in writing between the Buyer and Audiology Planet, Audiology Planet shall be entitled to invoice the Buyer for the price of the Services on or at any time after delivery of the Goods, unless the Goods are to be collected by the Buyer or the Buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, in which event Audiology Planet shall be entitled to invoice the Buyer for the price at any time after Audiology Planet has notified the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection or (as the case may be) Audiology Planet has tendered delivery of the Goods. The Buyer shall pay the price for the Services within 30 days of the date of Audiology Planet’s invoice, and Audiology Planet shall be entitled to recover the price, notwithstanding that delivery may not have taken place. The time for payment of the price shall be the essence of the Contract. Payment receipts will be issued only upon request. If the Buyer fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice to any other righter remedy available to Audiology Planet, Audiology Planet shall be entitled to: - not perform or suspend any further Services to the Buyer (or any part of the Services); -require the Buyer to pay in advance for any Services (or any part of the Services) which have not yet been performed; - appropriate any payment made by the Buyer to such of the Services (or the services supplied under any other provision/contract).
