He was incredibly kind, warm, and supportive and made me feel seen and heard – a level of care that I have not received from any other healthcare professional I have seen about my ears. I left the appointment with more answers and help for my situation than I ever could have expected. He explained what is going on in detail, and made sure I understood everything.

I saw Dr Jindal recently for wax removal with microsuction. Jay was kind and patient, explained everything and put me at ease. I was very relieved at how gently Jay removed the wax so that there was no discomfort, and I was thrilled that he managed to clear the blockages completely. You even get to see the inside of your ear on a video screen to see the results. Thank you Jay!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Jay Jindal for children with complex special needs. He has assessed two of our children (one hearing test and one full Auditory Processing Disorder assessment). He got the best out of both of them and was incredibly insightful and knowledgeable in not only identifying the hearing issues but outlining the treatment / support options and how it all interacts with ADHD, autism, other neuro conditions. My son aged 5 told my daughter, on the morning of the appointment “Don’t worry. It is fun. Dr Jindal could not have been any better. Not only was he amazing with my 3 year old son and walked him through every single thing that was happening in a situation I thought he would be chaotic, he explained everything step by step to me too so that knew what was happening, and why and the results and what that meant. My son come away feeling great about the experience and with 2 stickers and a magnet which was a lovely touch and we came away with a tv show recommendation based on my son being in a spiderman suit and Dr Jindal preparing the room with a spidey show to help get him settled. We saw Dr Jindal this morning for my toddler who has had persistent ear infections…quite frankly he has been very sick and miserable for a long time. Dr Jindal was kind, welcoming and made my son feel at ease immediately. I don’t think my son even realised he was being tested! Dr Jindal is professional and obviously very well practiced working with young children. Using various distraction techniques. It was phenomenal especially as he was a little upset when he realised we were at yet another doctor appointment. Dr Jindal really took the time to explain everything fully, answer my questions and made sure I had a copy of the results too. I would whole heartedly recommend him to friends and family should they require help with audiology. Fantastic.

Dr Jindal assessed my son (3 years old) recently and we cannot sing his praises loud enough. My son felt absolutely at ease with Dr. Jindal who engaged with him effortlessly. I left the appointment feeling confident and well informed, and he even took the time to call my wife to explain his findings. Dr Jay Jindal performed microsuction on my six year old son’s ears which were clogged with wax. I was referred to Dr Jindal by another clinic as someone who may be able to assist with a long term problem with my 73 year old Fathers hearing. I visited Dr Jindal once at his clinic to get my father seen. He was organised, patient and methodical in his examination, and the facilities are great.
